Join us for one of our early morning paddles, which allows you to go from Teddington Lock, paddling on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Thames. The river is usually very quiet with amazing light and lots of wildlife at this time.

You will start with a safety briefing and some land-based training before you head out on the water for your lesson and guided tour of the river

You will be with a friendly and fully qualified instructor and it is run at "half-tide" when there is almost no river flow, couples, making it very safe on the water.

Perfect for complete beginners or experienced paddlers wanting to hone their paddle technique.

This private 2-hour SUP lesson, allows you to paddle on a stretch of the Thames, either upstream towards Eel Pie Island and Teddington or downstream towards Isleworth, Kew Gardens, and Chiswick. You will start with a safety briefing and some land-based training before you head out on the water for your lesson and guided tour of the river. You will be introduced to SUP equipment, taught about safety and navigation on the river, as well as paddle techniques, including how to steer, stop and self-rescue.

You will be with a friendly and fully qualified instructor and it is run at "half-tide" when there is almost no river flow, couples, making it very safe on the water.
