The sweeping views of the peak district are one thing, but we're also able to provide unrivaled facilities for shooting days and conferences. We offer a variety of shooting disciplines including Skeet, Compact Sporting, Sportrap and ABT. What's more, you and your friends, colleagues or clients will try your hand at them all. The site is owned and run by a team of experienced shooters who'll help to show you the ropes or hone existing skills.
Your group experiences are tailored to suit your wishes. The cost of your booking will include equipment hire and a range of refreshments, plus your tuition.

We take great pride in the quality of our facilities both in and out of the clubhouse. Our grounds are kept in immaculate condition by our permanent ground staff and are always ready to provide a high level of targets for shooters.
All of the clay pigeon traps here are automatic with push button release, undergo regular maintenance and are constantly reloaded to provide maximum convenience for the shooter.
We provide hard pathways to all our shooting layouts so it's always dry underfoot, something of particular importance in the winter months. Our car park likewise has a firm tarmac surface and can accommodate at least 30 visitors with extra parking available for busy corporate days.
Join us for home cooked and gourmet meals as well as drinks in our restaurant and bar.

This half days shooting is suitable for both the experienced and novice shooter and makes the perfect package for both corporate and private groups. Structured as follows:
Arrival - meet and greet over coffee, tea and hot bacon sandwiches. Safety talk and gun familiarisation. Practice shoot in groups. Competition shoot out. Prizes and proficiency certificates awards (prizes supplied by you).

Really enjoyed this event. Was looking for an activity that’s a bit outside the box, and as a novice this was right up there! Friendly instructor and was made to feel very welcome by everyone there. Food and drink provided. Also a great walk “the cloud” nearby

We had the best time, it was bloody freezing but the cuppa, bacon sandwich and the experience shooting the clays made it so worth it. The group of lads we got paired with were lovely too, cheering me and my dad on!

The venue and instructor were excellent. Fast paced, clear instructions. Putting you at ease and getting you hitting clays from the off. Definitely will be booking a return visit.

Another great Christmas shoot with the family. All needs catered for from a 79 year old to a 11 year old. Great venue and excellent instruction.

Fantastic afternoon. Me and my 13 yr old lad really enjoyed this. First time we have done this and the instruction from Dave was spot on. Will deffinetly be going again. Set up from start to finish was brilliant. Thanks to all for making the day brilliant.
